What's it about?

The purpose of each workshop is to…

  • feel less alone in your journey
  • have a better understanding of what's going on in your body and mind
  • learn strategies around wellness, self care, and mindfulness


What to expect:

  • An interactive experience where you'll be able to share as much or as little as you'd like
  • Support, education, tools, and resources
  • Currently no cost to participate!
