Wellness Coaching



What if you could tap into the wisdom of a therapist, a nutritionist, and a fitness guru—all in one supportive space? At the Enso Room, you and your coach create a personalized wellness plan tailored to your real life. Because even though we’re all navigating midlife, our stories, schedules, and goals are uniquely our own.


Our coaches motivate and hold you accountable in rest, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to create a roadmap for midlife well-being. We make it simple with an individualized wellness plan, easily accessible in an app on your phone.


What to expect:

  • A 1-hour intake appointment to align goals and expectations
  • A 30-minute Zoom meeting every other week with your coach to check in
  • Ongoing individualized coaching through the app
  • Access to group workshops, both in-person and virtual
  • Workshops are usually free for members, but occasionally may incur an additional cost for supplies

Investment:

  • $2,400 for 12 weeks

The three wellness areas:

Nutrition - Movement  -  Mindfulness


Most of us know what we should be doing, but it's hard to stay on track when we're busy and not quite sure where to start. Our team of female coaches will guide you toward feeling healthier, stronger, and more mindful—one step at a time.

Nutrition


  • A sensible nutrition strategy that doesn't restrict or force you to give up the foods you love.
  • Anti-diet: we're looking for consistently good rather than perfection and misery, which leads to falling off track.
  • Success tools including daily accountability, where we're looking to incorporate more whole, unprocessed nourishment.


Movement


  • The type of movement you choose doesn't really matter, as long as you get in a few minutes each day. Maybe it's a walk, some gardening, a game of pickleball, or something else that brings you joy!
  • The app connects to your own smart watch or other device so you can easily keep up with your progress.


Mindfulness


  • Appreciating the little things goes a long way in strengthening mental wellness.
  • We'll help you remember to slow down by resting, breathing, meditating, journaling, or whatever you choose.
