Consistently good is better than occasionally perfect. Consistency works. And the Better YOU has it down to a science. Better YOU is a personalized wellness plan, not a one-size-fits all approach, because we're all unique with different starting points, different schedules and different goals.
Our coaches Kristin and Olga motivate and hold you accountable in nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness to create a roadmap for your life-long success. We make it simple with our personal wellness plan, all at your fingertips in an app on your phone.
What to expect:
- Two Zoom meetings with your coach: the 1st to set your goals and the 2nd to check your progress
- Ongoing individualized coaching through the app
- Group coaching to help you stay on track
- Access to meal plans, recipes, on-demand workouts and more
The three wellness areas:
Nutrition - Heart rate - Mindfulness
Most of us know what we should be doing, but it's hard to stay on track when we're busy and not quite sure where to start. Our coaches are just regular people trying to be healthier, stronger, and more mindful and we want to help you do the same.
Nutrition
- A sensible nutrition strategy that doesn't restrict or force you to give up the foods you love
- Anti-diet: we're looking for consistently good rather than occasionally perfect
- Success tools including a meal planner, portion guide, hunger guide, shopping lists, eating out guides, amazing recipes, and more
Heart Rate
- The type of movement you choose doesn't really matter, as long as you get your heart rate up. You may decide to walk, run, play pickleball, or even clean vigorously!
- Use your own smart watch or other device to track your heart rate or get one from us here
- Arm band $50, chest monitor $90
Mindfulness
- Appreciating the little things goes a long way in strengthening mental wellness
- Use the app to remind yourself to slow down by breathing, meditating, journaling, or whatever you choose
