The Enso Room wellness coaching for women in mid-life is a personalized plan, not a one-size-fits all approach, because we're all unique with different starting points, different schedules and different goals.
Our coaches motivate and hold you accountable in rest, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to create a roadmap for midlife success. We make it simple with an individualized wellness plan, easily accessible in an app on your phone.
What to expect:
- Two 30-minute Zoom meetings per month with your coach to check in
- Ongoing individualized coaching through the app
- A group platform to collaborate and cheer each other on
- Access to group workshops, both in-person and virtual
- Workshops are usually free for members, but occasionally may incur an additional cost for supplies
The three wellness areas:
Nutrition - Movement - Mindfulness
Most of us know what we should be doing, but it's hard to stay on track when we're busy and not quite sure where to start. Our coaches are regular women in middle age trying to be healthier, stronger, and more mindful and we want to help you do the same.
Nutrition
- A sensible nutrition strategy that doesn't restrict or force you to give up the foods you love.
- Anti-diet: we're looking for consistently good rather than occasionally perfect.
- Success tools including daily accountability, where we're looking to incorporate more whole, unprocessed nourishment.
Movement
- The type of movement you choose doesn't really matter, as long as you get in a few minutes each day. You may decide to walk, garden, play pickleball, or something else fun!
- The app connects to your own smart watch or other device so you can easily keep up with your progress.
Mindfulness
- Appreciating the little things goes a long way in strengthening mental wellness.
- We'll help you remember to slow down by resting, breathing, meditating, journaling, or whatever you choose.
